Anakin Skywalker’s Father?
Ok so i was watching Starwars last night and i realized that in the first movie Shmi says that Anakin had no father and she doesn’t know what happened but then in the second one it says that a Dark Sith lord was so powerful that he could use the midi-chlorians to create life. SO basically what i’m getting at is that i think that Anakin has no father and i would like some opinions on the matter.
I get the feeling from the prequels that Darth Sidious aka Palpatine created Anakin from the midi-chlorians somehow. He didn’t have a father per se, but with Palpatine’s constant boasting of Anakin’s ego and wanting to remain as close to Anakin as he did, you could almost say that Sidious was a father-figure, as Obi-Wan was, but of course, Sidious had a darker agenda.
